Welcome to LinkImpact (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://linkimpact.io and our AI creative services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

1. Description of Service
LinkImpact provides high-performance AI creative services, specializing in "Digital Twin" generation and commercial asset production.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
a. Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the Client owns the final high-resolution images/assets delivered by LinkImpact.
b. Proprietary Technology: LinkImpact retains 100% ownership of all proprietary models, "Digital Twin" weights (LoRAs), prompts, and internal workflows used to generate Client Deliverables. The Client does not have the right to request or resell the underlying model files.
c. No Resale: Clients are not permitted to resell the Service or the proprietary Digital Twin technology.

3. Nature of AI-Generated Content
The Client acknowledges that the Service utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence.
a. Variability: AI-generated content may contain slight anatomical variations, mechanical inaccuracies, or artifacts ("hallucinations").
b. Acceptance: Delivery and acceptance of assets constitute fulfillment of the service. Revisions are subject to the specific tier of service purchased.

4. Data Usage
The Client represents that they have the legal right to provide product photographs for the purpose of LoRA training. LinkImpact is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from Client-provided data.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkImpact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any perceived inaccuracies in AI-generated assets.

6. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of changes via email.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
